Apex Turbo is a specialized turbocharger service in Belgrade. We handle diagnostics, repair and reconditioning of turbochargers for all makes of passenger, light and heavy vehicles — including VSR core balancing, VNT geometry calibration and up to 12 months written warranty.
Turbocharger reconditioning
Full reconditioning with replacement of the CHRA core, seals and bearings to factory specification. After the rebuild every turbo is balanced and tested on a bench for reliable operation and full engine power.
Turbo repair
We eliminate oil leaks, excess noise and power loss on all types of petrol and diesel turbochargers. We identify the exact cause of failure and replace only the worn components.
Core balancing (VSR)
Balancing of rotating parts on a VSR machine at real operating RPM, for vibration-free running and a significantly longer turbo lifespan.
Diagnostics & measurement
Precise fault diagnostics and geometry checks of the shaft and housing before and after every service, with free fault assessment and a clear cost estimate.
VNT / actuator calibration
